You know you can completely relax the morning of your wedding with those who mean the most to you. It means no stress on you, no jobs for those attending your wedding, and one team to ensure the whole day is completely under control.

We will meet initially to discuss the overview of your overall wedding plans, including your ceremony and reception locations, the general running of the day, and details of your booked vendors.
This package includes the hours needed to discuss wedding details with vital vendors including the venue, stylists, florist, hair/makeup artist, photographer etc.
The perfect spreadsheets and lists will be created, ensuring you feel organised and under control. I’ll prepare for you a final vendor list, and a wedding day run sheet which then is distributed to all booked vendors.
I'll discuss your wet/windy weather back up plans with you and your décor stylist, and share these details with all vendors.
Of course I’ll be there every step of the way for industry advice, tips and tricks on big time cost saving and how we can have the day running even better than you could have imagined!

Up to 10 hours attendance, supervision and coordination of your wedding day which include:
- Ensuring all vendors are running on time and to schedule. If any are late or unable to attend, organise alternative arrangements/call upon other vendors on behalf of bride and groom
- If wet weather – contact all vendors and guests on the day regarding alternative arrangements
- Be on site at an agreed start time to ensure arriving vendors are looked after and organised
- Hand out guest gifts, confetti, ceremony sheets if needed, pour the champagne for the toast, and assist with cutting of the cake and distributing
- Be on site to problem solve and resolve any issues if they arise on the day
- Be the 'go to' for you and your guests to ask any questions about the venue or proceedings of the day
- Overlook the tidiness and cleanliness of the venue (tidy up mess and any potential OH&S hazards found at the venue)
- Monitor guests ensuring safety is first e.g. clearing drinks left near power points, advising guests of a slippery dance floor etc
- Pack up venue, including your marriage certificate, wedding cake, flowers, keepsakes, wedding guest book, cards and gifts
- Other additional services include: lighting candles for ceremony and reception, setting place cards for ceremony chairs and reception, attaching pew flowers/scattering aisle petals, packing away ceremony chairs after ceremony only. Any additional jobs needed on the wedding day will mean a second pair of hands will be added for $300 per person.
