Being boutique means I take only a maximum of three full new wedding planning clients per year, and six wedding coordination clients per year. You could probably call me an exclusive boutique wedding planner in a way, compared to other planning companies that take as many bookings as possible. This means you get that personal service that planning the biggest day of your lives deserves, and communication between us is easy peasy, fun and never ever rushed or hand balled to someone else.
I do this as I’m big on service and clear communications, ensuring I nail your vision and keep you informed with everything you need to know every step of the way. My clients also text me, WhatsApp me - I use all forms of communication to ensure we are all on the same page.

Yeah I totally get it! I love giving my clients a big list of vendors to choose from, tailored to their specific requirements and style in each wedding category! I do lots of recommendations and mind numbing research (ha!) for you two to make the final call. It's important that you connect with your vendors, so I like my clients choosing them before booking them. Of course if you have found a vendor you have fallen in love with (who I maybe haven't work with before) and want to book them, that's totally fine too! I love meeting and getting to know new vendors in the industry.
Of course if you want to leave the entire wedding planning in my hands (so you don't have to think about anything), I can certainly help you in that way also!

My style is a good mix of romantic, rustic, bohemian, feminine, luxue, coastal, chic, raw... and I love lots of natural elements and bringing the outdoors indoors with plants and flowers, and plenty of romance with candle light and warm toned light globes. I plan weddings that are a true signature for my couples, ensuring their personalities shine through and everything that is important and meaningful to them is incorporated one way or another. I want your guests to come to your wedding and say, "Yes! This is all class and is SO their style!!"
My style is more relaxed and authentic with a focus on the natural elements, sustainability, and all about raw love. I'm definitely not a lover of all the over the top statement bling styling and princess wedding gowns. If you are looking for 100 chandeliers in the ceiling, lycra chair covers with bows, huge elaborate flower candelabras on each guest table covered in diamontes - we unfortunately wouldn't be a good match...
I LOVE coastal beach weddings, manicured garden weddings, wineries, surf clubs, home estates, weddings on private family properties, rustic farm barns, venues with lovely water or landscape views. I also love viewing and working at new wedding locations and venues all over NSW. I unfortunately don't plan weddings interstate or overseas, as all my trusted contacts are in NSW.
I plan weddings for all budgets big or small. Upon your enquiry it's really handy to let me know your full wedding budget up front (if you have one), as it will give us a big head start in our plans for what direction to take first, reducing any unnecessary time wastage.

Think of me like an extremely experienced and well connected head bridesmaid helping you along with your plans. I would like to call myself free spirited, down to earth, understanding, probably chirpy (ha!), open to all personality types, and all kinds of people no matter what they are into, what values they have, or who they are marrying. I'm a supporter of marriage equality - love is love! And I love trying and testing new and wonderful things - the wilder the better ;)
I'm also very detail focussed with a keen eye on every little aspect of your wedding. I love organisation and will create documents to support you in your plans so we are 100% organised and up to speed. I also will negotiate with vendors, but still have a good professional working relationship with them.
I talk you through your plans like best friends talking - I'm here for you! I want you to have fun in the process and not have to put up with a stuffy, bossy, obnoxious wedding planner over the 500 hours of planning and 2,000 emails it takes to plan a full wedding! (Yes you read those numbers right!!)
Whatever ideas or plans you have, just let me know and I'll do my best to make them all happen! I want to create the best day of your life, your true signature wedding, and I want you and all the family (if they are involved in planning) to have full trust in me and enjoy the process too!

Wedding coordination
Depending on where you are at with all your wedding plans, I can usually give you a quote via email after you fill out my Questionnaire, without having to meet beforehand. Once we have agreed on a fee, I prepare your contract for you to sign. When your deposit is received, plans can start!
We then meet in person to discuss your big day in full, and I get started on going through all the little details of your big day to try to pin point any gaps that may have been missed. Once I have a clear vision of your big day and all the little itty bitty details (like song choices etc), I start preparing your Vendor Info Sheet and full comprehensive Wedding Day Runsheet (usually around 30 pages long and colour coded (aren't you glad you don't have to do this yourself!!)).
Wedding planning
First step is to fill out my Questionnaire so I have a good idea of the overall picture of your big day.
As there is so much to talk about, and every wedding is so unique - it's much easier to get together before I send you a quote. Obligation free. The main reason for an initial meeting is so that I understand exactly what you need assistance with and that my fee is affordable for you. I can tailor packages to your specific needs, so it's important we get together to discuss your requirements in detail and we get to know each other better - especially if you have a strict wedding budget. I find talking about so much detail via emails too difficult for everyone initially and meeting in person is always a better experience.
Once we have agreed on what services I provide, and hours involved, we agreed on a fee, discuss a payment plan, and I prepare your contract for you to sign. When your deposit is received, plans can start!
Next steps can vary depending on where you are with your plans. Usually meeting at your wedding venue is a really great starting point.

Meeting location options
1. Bundeena CSC - this is where I hold most of my meetings and where I am located.
2. Any other location (including your wedding venue!).
What are your meetings like?
Meetings at Bundeena CSC are great! You are treated to a private air-conditioned room in full comfort with floor to ceiling windows, and open balcony and a view of Cronulla Beach. I hook my laptop up to the LCD screen to easily show you photos, proposals, vendor websites, information on one big screen. With a cafe, bar and restaurant, we can order coffee, tea, wine, beer, cocktails (espresso martinis!) and even enjoy your lunch or dinner in the room while we go through the folder of information I prepare (and give to you to keep) before each meeting, and progress all of your wedding plans!
How long do meetings go for?
Typically meetings are 1 - 2 hours in length, but sometimes they can go for longer - just depends on the brain power we have left after the 2 hour mark! There is always so much to talk about!
Coordination services usually only need two meetings in person - one initial meeting, and one usually the month of the wedding to go through your comprehensive Wedding Day Runsheet and these are typically 1.5 to 2 hours.
Do you charge a fee for meetings?
All meetings in Bundeena are always fee of a charge.
Meetings in any other location are free of charge up to 50km one way from me in Bundeena. If over 50km, the fee is $50.00 per trip. If we are in enquiring stage and you book me as your planner, this fee is deducted off your final bill, so essentially, it turns out to be a free meeting or even a free venue viewing day for the both of you.

Hourly Fees and Packages
All my fees are calculated by the hour. The more hours involved in the planning, the smaller the hourly rate is. My Full Wedding Planner and Finishing Touches packages are more expensive, but better in overall value as you get unlimited planning time (potentially 500 hours) for a much smaller overall fee (compared to if I were to charge $50 per hour for 500 hours (which I wouldn't do))!
My mini bespoke planning packages are great for those little jobs under 70 hours of planning. Here is the fee schedule:
$50.00 per hour - up to 30 hours planning
$40.00 per hour - 31 - 50 hours planning
$30.00 per hour - over 51 hours planning
If you want to combine packages, I'd love to do this for you, and will definitely give you discounts for booking me for multiple services - as a thank you!
I'm very flexible when it comes to my fees and am able to prepare a bespoke package specific to your budget and requirements. If my fees look too high, just let me know what your wedding planner budget is and I can let you know what I can assist you with for your budget.
Payment Plans
I'm very much happy to come to an agreement with you on how payment works better for you. Just because I made a suggestion for an example payment plan, doesn't mean it's locked in stone. I am easy going, so if you need more time or a smaller deposit up front just let me know.
Wedding coordination - usually doesn't need a monthly payment plan. Usually a deposit initially and then full payment 4 weeks before the wedding date. This is because planning usually starts around the 3 - 2 months to the wedding mark and the deposit not only locks in the date, but covers me for any out of pocket expenses (e.g. petrol, printing, folders for meetings etc).
Wedding planning - depending on how much planning is needed, if planning is ongoing over a number of months, a payment plan is usually necessary. Wedding planners are different to other wedding vendors, as we are giving professional advice from the very beginning and that is what you are paying for (not for a service only being done on the wedding day).
Usually a deposit is taken initially to secure my service, and then monthly instalments (on the same date monthly, to the equal value of your deposit to keep things simple) is the easiest way to go.
I'm flexible with payment plans, so please be honest with me and let me know how you would prefer payment plans to go and we can come to an agreement that works fairly for both of us.
